Church's Fried Chicken - Baker

This newly renovated chicken of the church is great! Tons of really helpful staff for a quick chicken pick-up. There was a very legitimate customer who created a scene, and the person who worked the situation was graceful and professional. Great chicken, great service and a beautiful clean place!

Hadn't taken care of visiting Church 's Chicken for the longest time, not that it was a bad food option, it was simply for convenience or lack of it not many places in the area that I live work. This time I found the Main St. location nearby so decided to stop by. The first surprise was a recently refurbished business, the name changed in Texas, and the menu also changed. Ordnete a Texas Supreme Sandwich combo, and this is where the 2nd (very pleasant) surprise came. The sandwich was pretty decent! A piece of chicken breast in a spicy dough fried into a crunchy perfection! Friends were also sharp, a good part of it. A bit salty for my taste, but more than okay. The drink in the combo was the only missed brand, Bland Machine Pop. Could be better. To summarize: Not necessarily the best roasted chicken in the city, but rather quite decent option. Try to find out for yourself. The place was clean enough separation between tables when you decide to eat. Staff take my order friendly and helpful. I'm back!

I started coming here at the beginning of the pandemic and it is a guilty pleasure. I usually get the 5 pieces with Fritten. I noticed tonight that they showed up there and now are much better. The interior looks great after the recent renovations

It's all good not to be too oily and the chicken tastes fresh.
