The Way Inn - Ballachulish

Stopped here on our WHW and was surprised as the food is really great. Had a beetroot hummus sandwich with grilled vegetables and a superfood salad, both were really good. For desert we had a chocolate tart and a pudding and really enjoyed these two. Strongly recommended!

Vegan options are pretty tasty, sweet plates are awesome.

We were in the royal house with a walking group. the location is very beautiful and the view through the large windows in the restaurant is a joy. the workers are polite and eating is really delicious. the budget should, however, be considered better, especially in the corners. we had hair, resting toilet paper in the bathroom. two towels were washed, but the rest of the makeup was still on. the fittings had lime residue, so if they were not really cleaned. the hotel is still new, but mold is already visible on the baths etc. they cannot do this at the price of 300 pfund per night with breakfast. if they call the price and say where they are well known, cleanliness must be correct. it is also not a single case, as others have experienced this in the group. so a shame because the rest is really great.
