Subway - Ballarat

I ordered a salad bowl from Subway and was pleased to see that the staff made and mixed the salad in a stainless steel bowl, adding 7 falafel pieces. This was a different experience compared to the salads I usually eat in Melbourne, where they hardly add falafel.

This restaurant is fast, fresh, and friendly. They are quicker than most fast food places in town, serve fresher and healthier options, and have some of the friendliest staff around. The employees work efficiently, serving in-store customers and delivery drivers with a smile and personal touch. This Subway is top-notch and deserves a perfect 10/10 rating.

I recently remembered why I stopped going to the drive-thru Subway in Ballarat. Every time I order a grilled wrap, the meat is always cold when I receive it. I don't mind waiting for my food, but the lack of hot food is frustrating. Next time, I will remember to go to the Wendouree store instead.

We waited in line while two drive thru tickets came in after we had already been waiting without any acknowledgement and then those two tickets were begun as we were left waiting. We then left. Poor service
