DO NOT GO HERE. I read some of the negative reviews thinking it wouldn 't be that bad, especially about the manager lady. I was very wrong. She took our money, then took our order for crustless pizza, then brought out regular pizza. I explained my daughter and I are gluten free and needed crustless and she replied, We don 't do food allergies here . I asked her for a refund since she did not tell us that when we ordered the crustless pizzas, but she argued with me that the $10 would be for salad now. She even told me she saw my daughter eat pizza when she did not...she 's gluten free!!! After I insisted for several minutes that she should not have taken orders that she knew she was not going to make, she finally refunded only one of the buffets. As we were waiting for other family members to eat, she even walked nearby our table and stared at our areas to make sure we weren 't eating. This was the absolute rudest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My other family members who were able to eat the pizza said it wasn 't even very good, so we left and went to Wendy 's. Please believe the bad reviews, save your money, and don 't visit this horrible CiCi 's location.

Clean dining room and all you can eat pizza. Cici's is basically a fast food pizza place with ordering at the counter. The all-you-can-eat pizza buffet is good with a lot of options.
