My brother and I both wanted to try the ribs but they were out. I had the Pork Athena and it was alright, nothing to rave about. The place was just OK. I expected much more.
I went here for dinner and Davis was really nice. He was the only one and was holding it down. There was a full bar with some extras standing and 2 tables full of people. He checked on us regularly and even let me taste test before I got something new to try and drink. The food didn't take that long and it was super fresh and amazing. It was nice and hot and wasn't sitting there for 10 minutes like it does at other restaurants. I got a crab cake sandwich and it didn't fall
The service was fast especially for a Saturday night and the bathroom was fairly clean. Now the food on the other hand was very disappointing. The crab dip in a bread bowl was not giving what it should have gave, it tasted like eating a bagel with tons of cream cheese. Where was the crab and the seasoning, I guess lost in all of the cream cheese. Then the honey Sriracha chicken nachos were swimming in a pool of honey that was not okay, who likes soggy nachos? Not I said
Went there on a Sunday around 2pm. Bar was pretty packed but the dining area was wide open. Highly recommend the flaming cheese
Probably my favorite place on the square in Canton. Although Canton is a party to the extreme spot the speakeasy is oftentimes a little more low key than other spots. The food isn't bad either. The staff is always great too. Oh they have a great patio with a tv for watching sports and stuff. If you're prowling the square, you should stick your head in.
