My only regret is not breaking the $20 bill I had and giving them an enormous, and much deserved tip! Thank you, it is so refreshing to meet people that care about the service they are providing. They all deserve a raise!
I frequent this Starbucks multiple times a week and have noticed a gradual downfall over the last 3 months. I come to get my coworker and myself coffee several times a week and everytime I come to order my coffee the ladies working behind the counter are talking about gossip and work drama. Boys and employees who they like and completely ignoring customers. I stood in a long time while they made drinks but it was extremely prolonged do to all the talking about personal life’s. I’m on my lunch break and I just want my order and done correct not wanting to know what guy they’re obsessed with that stocks the shelves. My coffee also did taste bad too . The espresso wasn’t fresh like it usually taste.
There was no sense of urgency. I waited in line for 10 minutes before I could order and there was only one person in front of me.
DELICIOUS yummy in my tummy ? Drinks are made perfectly staff is excellent
Barista verbally complained in front of me about having to make my drink and then burned the espresso shot. I asked for a refund and she said she’d never heard of a burnt espresso shot and argued with me.
