Toucan Cafe Bistro - Bampton

This is a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat in a clean, friendly atmosphere. We had breakfast there at 2 PM, and it was honestly the best meal I've ever had—definitely better than anything I could have cooked myself! The owners, Steph and Jon, are wonderful people who are perfect for the job, and the other staff members mainly focus on chatting with the customers. Although we didn't have a reservation, it was quite busy when we left. If I visit the village with friends in the summer, I will definitely eat there again. I'll be sure to book a table in advance so I won't miss out during peak times. I’m already looking forward to having breakfast there again. In my opinion, it offers fantastic value for money and is the best place to eat in Bampton!

One of the best Sunday dinners I’ve ever had! The food tastes like it was made right at home, and the bread and butter pudding was the best I've ever tasted. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very friendly without being overly intrusive. A big thank you to everyone!

Thank you everyone for a proper Sunday roast dinner (and pud too) No need for food now til tomorrow I think. Friendly and helpful staff who really looked after some of the diners who needed a touch more help, which was a joy to see. Well worth a trip out from Tiverton

This is a beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff, and it’s especially welcoming for dogs. I enjoyed a delicious sausage and bun during my visit. I will definitely be coming back to this lovely place!

Great little place! Super food, we took beautiful coffee so we can get on the road. doggies also loved her cookies. be soon back to bampton and intend to eat again at lunchtime.
