The staff took our order quickly and efficiently, and our drinks (a cappuccino and a latte) were delivered promptly and hot as requested. The toasted teacake and lemon muffin we had were delicious. The prices for coffee were a bit higher than other places. I noticed that the staff cleared and sanitized our table as soon as we got up, and also kept the shared toilet facilities clean.
I visited the restaurant on Easter Monday and was disappointed with the slow service, tables not being cleared or cleaned, and the food not meeting its usual standard. I do not plan on revisiting this establishment in the future.
The restaurant was decent, but we only ended up here because the toilets at Starbucks across the street were out of order. There were four of us, ordering 3 coffees (2 lattes, 1 flat white), 1 tea, and a selection of two tray bakes and a lemon tart, which came to around £19. The coffees come in larger sizes by default, so unless you ask for a smaller size, that's what you'll get. I found the lemon tart to be smooth and tangy, with a light, crisp, buttery crust that was very enjoyable. I had the flat white, but I prefer Starbucks. This Costa is directly across from Starbucks, with similar prices, but the seating at Costa was more comfortable and cozy. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the young staff were friendly, but like Starbucks, they seemed reluctant to clear and clean tables promptly.
I have just left Costa in Banbridge 's Outlet and felt it appropriate to commend the coffee shop and the staff therein. The coffee was excellent, was nicely prepared and well presented. I 'm a trained barista and tend to know what to look for in a coffee shop and in particular the staff that can make or break it. One employee really impressed me. I believe his name is Louis – a courteous chap, professional and a real asset to the company. The premises? Lovely ambience, clean, free Wi-Fi and car parking nearby. I can honestly recommend this Costa which does not 'cost-a ' fortune to go to. Buck the trend and you may feel like a Star!
Costa am boulevard is really nice. the personal is great and pleasant and carefully honest. before my wife and I arrived at the costa, I had taken £30 pounds from a cash machine, I spent £10.00 on a haircut and I had the £20.00 in my pocket. the money that I came out of the cash machine was the terrible plastic money that really slippery through art. I paid my lunch at the costa with my credit card. after the completion of our food we went back to our car, but to me or my wife unknown that slippery £20:00 notiz slipped out of my pocket and onto the floor. a nice lady named janice (she must have been in costa) ran after me to tell me the young lady who came to our table found the £20.00 and thought it was for me. I thanked her sorely, but the two things I now tend not to get their names and give her £5.00 to show my recognition for her honesty and friendliness. the young lady, who dreamed our table, worked in the kitchen wash dishes I think, when they know this young lady, I want to show my appreciation. Thank you. michael downing
