Carlitos Pizza - Banff

Carlitos is located in the banff inn, which is great when they stay in the hotel. they only have a few gluten-free options, and offer both in-restaurant service, take-out and delivery. the service was not great and eating is nothing special. we ordered a gluten-free pizza and a burger (non-Gf). they quoted us 25 minutes and I waited down at the entrance. about an hour later the meal was finally finished. I came back to the room and it was clearly not a freshly made pizza and had been reheated a few times. they have made the pizza new, which lasted another 25 minutes. pizza wasn't so great yet, but we had worse. also the non-gf person who had the burger was not impressed. overall it was a frustrating experience.

Excellent gf pizza. we have eaten here last night (did take out due to covid) and we ordered gf for the zöliakie and not gf for the not zöliakien and all really enjoyed and had zero problems. menu has clear GF options. also eaten here if recommended in banff in the last september large gf place!

We ordered on a Friday of carlito in banff. the service was fast and the pizza was very good. we ordered regular crust pizza and gluten-free pizza for me as a celiac. I was impressed by the crust. I was also satisfied with the options. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered pizza online to be delivered at 5:45-6 pm window and got a confirmation message. I called them at 6:05 pm to check where is our order and was told that it was coming very soon. At 6:30 pm it was still not here. After I called them back again, I was told that they were very busy and our order was still waiting at the kitchen to be delivered. My kids were very hungry at this point and need to eat something very soon so I canceled the order. We left to eat at some other place but were told that delivery came at our place at 7:05 pm. Terrible service, will never use them again.

A small and perfect restaurant, a bit italian, a bit asian kitchen, some other food available also. Everything we ate was perfect, a friendly waiter was there for us. The only thing annoying are two large TV screens, running permanentely, luckily without a sound.
