Very nice pizza and restaurant. Bit on the pricey side for Thailand but very nice

The restaurant makes gluten-free pizza. The kitchen is shared, he informs you about this sufficiently, but they pay full attention to the preparation and to the guest. We have a very nice meal today.

Amazing gf pizzas in a lovely Italian restaurant. Couldn't believe it was gf when it came, had to check twice it was that good, but they assured us it was, and we had no reaction so must have been. Great gf menu, clearly marked (which I always find shows a good knowledge of gf) , you can have any of the pizzas on a gf base. The menu does state that due to the preparation environment they can't guarantee no cross contamination so not suitable for coeliacs, but most restaurants have this caveat we find. Can only say was one of the best gf pizzas we've had, and we had no bad reaction.

I have eaten 6 or 7 times in the last two months when we get back through bangkok. the pizza is amazing. Once you get sick and I'm super not sensitive to cross-contamination. the personal seems to be well-trained as they even consistently put my gluten-free pizza transfer box on the other pizzabox in the bag. the crust is to die. probably the best gf pizza crust I ever had. laminated, soft, crispy, delicious. the toppings are bombed and they can add what they want. don't think of anything else, just go.

I ordered a gluten-free and milk-free pizza from dig. give the best pizza I ever had! I am originally from chicago and travels the world trusts me to get this pizza! it bursts with taste. the crust structure was not too thin or thin at points.
