Little Caesars Pizza - Barbourville

Worst pizza place ever won me and my husband?t even eat there because the service went downhill and the food is never fresh. You need to operate better or switch off permanently.

They were really backed up when I arrived. But the drive thru moved quickly, food was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. ? ??

The pizza is fine. It's a 25% chance on whether you get it warm, cold, burnt or normal. Terribly inconsistent. The lines are ridiculous, they rarely open the lobby, which would minimize the people in drive-thru. Pizza portal is rarely an option. Just horrible management with no clear idea on how this should work or just simple logistics. I wish it was decent again. 5.55 for a 45 minute wait. Don't defend them, they're a business taking your money. Lots of it. No excuses.

I was there twice in the last two weeks, neither the time was my order, what I actually ordered! Then the boss says? You will try and do better next time?. So $30 for pizzas only for a night that was not right and not even eaten! This place is pathetic!

They do not really deal with the customers there are a few who do, but it is very fast and always they need to remember to give napkins, they never have cheese pizzas hot n ready and they are never really hot when they are not made fresh and they should HOT N READY NOT HOT IN FOURTY TO AN HOUR because they are so secured that they have not made any plus other regular orders. There drovethrus extended to a main road and it can sometimes be dangerous because this is when traffic is heavy.
