Starbucks - Bardstown

Starbucks does a good job with their drinks. They are always busy and usually not enough staff for the line of people. But the servers are still friendly even though they need more help.

Waited in line from 730 to 745 got up to the counter and the guy with the bushie hair that does not wear a hair net says we're closed. I said your sign says your open until 8 and he just turned around and ignored me. What a jerk and terrible customer service. There was a girl working with him also and she just looked at me and turned around also.

I sit and watched for 10 minutes, there was 3 workers. Standing around talking, laughing. One kept using her vape. Tables and floors, beyond filthy.

The lady who made my drink was very kind and did her job very efficiently. Although they ran out of the cake pop I ordered she offered me a substitution and was very accommodating. Their area is always clean and the employees are very sweet.

Every time you go in here they are all was closed and if you want Starbuck coffee you may need to go somewhere else to get coffee the one here is all way closed and they say short staff but that had 3 worker in there today so they should be be closed all day to
