Bar Du Port - Barneville-Carteret

This bar is spot on for chilling out and having a few beers. The owners are great with a good sense of humour and also speak good English. You can have some banter with them and speak a little "franglais" too. Just so there is no confusion, the pub is drinks only but there is no problem with taking your own food. Relax and enjoy - you might even get a bit of impromptu live music and Stefan the owner plays a mean saxophone.

Sunday and Monday out of season can be a problem but a warm welcome awaits at the Bar du Port. If you are too late for food they don't object to a pizza being brought in from round the corner.
