Tesco Cafe - Barnsley

We regularly stay for coffee after shopping. I asked for decaff flat white ,Emily needed to go get beans on returning she proceeded to open the bag with her teeth ,I was appalled at the lack of concern for food hygiene. I approached Emily and referred to what had just happen, she just turned away and did not acknowledge me... maybe she doesn't have the knowledge..I work every day with food .. this is not good practise

I ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans beans came dry and potato was only half cooked it was very hard coffee late was very nice though

Not often I go into male Karen mode on here but unfortunately a few months ago I had noticed a member of the kitchen staff putting the meat thermometer in her mouth whilst checking them with the burgers!

Situated on the 2nd floor and have a lift or escalator to get it it. It is very clean and has plenty of seating. Food is great with a good choice. Staff a very friendly and helpful

Absolutely unbelievable. They put vegan food in with the meat breakfast even though it was a separate item. I can't believe that anyone could be so stupid!!
