Domino's Pizza - Bartlett

After a recently horrible experience at Pizza Hut, I came to dominos in hopes to receive kind customer service and quality pizza, and that is exactly what I got! The lady who helped me place my order was kind, helpful, and a perfect example of how true customer service should be. Dominos is definitely #1 in my book! Recommended for sure :

I waited over 30 minutes to receive my order (that was from the time it left the store to get to me) so naturally it was cold when I finally received it and on top of that this is what I received! Both pizzas ruined smh This is not ok at all. I need someone to contact me asap. Thanks.

Tasted decent . Pizza was made correctly . Couldn't eat half my sandwich after gagging on the hair I realized I was chewing on. Accidents happen but hairnets when prepping may be helpful.. ordered 2 sauces did not receive any at all ..meh

I wanted a large 3 meat pizza and I aisles the young man if it was $7.99. I had seen on the website that any large three neat pizza was $7.99 but he said it was $9.99. Ok so a difference if walk in and order than if you place it online. I also ordered some of their bbq chicken. It was $7.99. Ok. Total came to $21.45 with tax. Their tracker on the wall kept updating when a pizza was ready. I was standing up waiting for them to call my name. The young man said mine wasn’t quite ready. Several people came in and picked up their orders and I noticed that some them were listed after mine for ready pizzas. Finally got it and my ticket. Guess what they charged for a large pizza with 2 toppings and then charged to add a third topping. I told the young man that is not what you quoted me. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. The pizza had more pepperoni than anything else. I will go back to Little Caesar’s for my 3 meat pizza. I know what it will cost instead of a surprise. Domino’s does NOT post their prices.
