Krispy Kreme - Bartlett

It is 10am on a Saturday. There is no reason I should be paying four dollars for TWO day old doughnuts.

So sad. I typically regard Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts as THE best glazed doughnuts. While I understand that staffing can be an issue, here are the problems with this visit. Lobby closed, no sign to denote that only the drive thru was open. Only 3 choices other than glazed were available. The doughnuts were significantly undersized, but the price was not.I will say that the lady that took our order was very polite. She earned them 2 stars instead of 1.

Just picked up some of the stalest, crustiest, saddest and most disgusting donuts I have ever had. they also forgot part of my order. it was probably for the best though because these 2 dozen are going in the trash where they belong.

I am so disappointed .this krispy kreme manager or supervisor is very rude n nasty.i came when they opened and it said hot donuts and they were very cold.i asked can I get them hot and she said give them back and come back another time.because I was using my birthday coupon she threw it up in my face like I did not deserve the best because they are free.I am so upset with the customer service.I can't believe the service and attitude low key nice Nasty attitude she got.I will be contacting corporate because I have never experienced this at a krispy kreme and I been going to different ones in different states all my life.this is the worst one rather only bad one in my opinion. I will never go here again i went 3 times total. each time it was a problem. I hate complaining so I kept letting it go.but this morning I feel like crying about these cold donuts and nast energy from them this early in the morning.

The first time I visited this store they messed up the order. Today 10/24/22 I arrived at 7:15 am (from Atoka) and they were closed. There were employees inside making donuts, but closed although the sign said they open at 6:00am. I was craving a glazed donut, and my coworkers were looking forward to having some donuts also.
