Contribuisci feedbackIn response, it seems like this place isn’t thriving. Why not clear out the clutter? A thorough dusting and cleaning of the walls and decor would go a long way. Consider simplifying the menu to focus on quality dishes. The random items behind the bar give off an unused vibe; it might be good to get rid of those. It could help to look into what truly makes a restaurant great. Many of these changes won’t cost a thing. Selling unused items could also free up space. And don’t underestimate the potential of that walk-up window! Boba tea is incredibly popular right now; try offering three standout drinks that wow customers. Imagine pairing dumplings with a boba for just $10! Honestly, I left a one-star review because it feels not worth the price when there are amazing dining options just around the corner. Instead of complaining about negative feedback, focus on making improvements. Best of luck! I’d be the first in line if significant changes are made!
For appetizers, I got the fried beef potstickers and steamed chicken potstickers. Unfortunately, the chicken was quite disappointing; it tasted more like a bland pâté with an unpleasant flavor. The beef potstickers weren't much better, as they left a lingering aftertaste that I found unappealing. Overall, I'm hesitant to return to this place. The owners were friendly, but the quality of the food was questionable at best.
We absolutely adore this restaurant! We reside north of Woodfield Mall, and whenever we're in the area, we make it a point to dine at Hot Pan. This place never fails to impress. The noodles are outstanding!
I was looking forward to trying a new noodle restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I discovered what appeared to be bug legs in my meal, so I requested a refund through Grubhub and thought that would be the end of it. However, I then received a rather impolite voicemail from an employee attempting to explain the anatomy of shrimp, without offering any sort of apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I’m quite familiar with shrimp anatomy, and I can assure you that what I found in my food were definitely not shrimp swimmerets. I will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again.
I ordered a Dan Dan noodle dish with vegetables and seafood, as well as a Dan Dan with vegetables and shrimp. Both were exceptional! They were delicious, as always. This restaurant is a fantastic addition to Batavia.
