Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bay Shore

I recently had the WORST experience with this Chipotle location. I had made an online order by the Chipotle app. I picked up my order and went home and noticed that both bowls I ordered, we?re doing wrong. I went back to Chipotle and told them that my bowls were completely wrong. The girl who worked on the online orders gave me an attitude when I told her to trade the orders. Then she began to make my bowls aggressive for the second time. Then I went home and AGAIN noticed that both shells were made wrong. I was so annoyed, I called Chipotle and they said I'm coming back and for the third time, so they can give me the right order. At this point I was so fed and wanted a full refund of my food. They told me they couldn't do anything for me, it was an online order and I had to go through the app. Also I didn't hold any of the wrong shells that were made. But I spoke with Chipotle support and they offered me only two free escapes, the ridiculous bc of the inconvenience I went through. I'll never eat on another chipotle again. Chipotle does not meet or meets the needs of its customers!!!

We visited this chipolte, because they always match the quality of food! Great fresh food, clean, I mean impeccable it area. this place is always the one that I choose for delivery or collection. we left the arches in deer park because the sofritos swim in a liquid? the arches pico and guac was well past their fresh data only by looking at them.

Just ordered a chicken dish and was sad to see that it wants to open every chicken. The whole point of a chicken dish is the chicken and they totally don't have it. I don't understand how hard it is to forget the first choice of meals, but this place is terrible.

Chipotle has good food but customer service at this one is NOT good. Free guac coupons dont work unless you get the guac on the side? That 's crazy. And then your try to guilt the customer for wasteing food .
