I had to put my pizza back in the oven because the dough was still raw.
I started using the Pizza Hut app on my phone, so I wouldn’t have to try to make an order over the phone. Seemed to work well until I tried to use my rewards points for free cheese sticks. The app wouldn’t let me add my reward to my order. I kept getting a message something like “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I thought because I added my reward after I placed the rest of my order in the cart might be the problem. So I emptied my cart, closed and reopened the app, and tried placing the reward in my cart first. It wouldn’t let me add anything else to the cart. I got a message like (Your cart will be emptied! Proceed? , and the only choices were YES or NO. Do the rewards items have to be ordered separately??? What??? If so, why does the button on the rewards list say “Add to cart”??? Kind of disgusted. Seems like the rewards system was DESIGNED to make the redemption process overly complicated, or just plain unusable.

Dined in. Ordered chicken Alfredo+cheese sticks. Food was decent. Staff was pleasant. A delivery store. 3 tables for seating. No table service (server/waiter).
