Worst dunkin I have ever been to. The wait wasn 't even the problem. After waiting 15 minutes for coffee and munchkins, I tasted my coffee. I asked for extra cream and extra sugar. There was no sugar in the coffee. I asked for more sugar for 2 large coffees. The cashier gave me 2 packets of sugar. When I told him it 's not enough, he handed me 2 more packets. Ok, then. The cream they use is hood creamer . Pretty much diner creamer. I spent 12$ for tasteless, bland coffee and a couple munchkins. The staff acted like the extra sugar was coming out of their paychecks.
The service is incredible, Jess is always a treasure.
The service is reliable and the coffee is very good. Each d@d varies with the menu. But this is a great morning stop.
So I decided to go to this one instead of the one in Lacey (next town over) even though I had a previous long wait (longer than the long new norm) and someone else's order given to me by mistake. So new day and so a new experience right..NOPE! This time employee taking my order seemed rude when I was explaining what I was looking to order (which I just read off the menu) and they cut me of mid sentence to hurry me along. When I got the sense I was unwelcome, I asked to cancel my order and drove to the Lacey Dunkin Donuts and received my order with ease. Management I've previously interacted with at this Bayville laction are Great but the employee I interacted with yesterday 8/28/20 taking my order made me feel unwelcome...So I left.
