Pulp Juice And Smoothie - Beachwood

Place absolutely sucks , every time I go they make my drink wrong , I don’t understand, use to love this place now they have completely ruined my experience will never return to another pulp store again

Only customer there this morning. Ordered my drink then Red Bull rep came in. Rather then her taking the two minutes to finish my drink I waited 6-7 minutes for her to complete her red bull buy.So much for getting to work on time.

At first I was annoyed because the cashier was much more interested in their phone than providing customer service but also like, same? So you do you boo. I still loved my smoothie so I'm not mad

I love come here for a smoothie. I usually stop here after yoga. There wraps are awesome also.

My order was placed for pick up ahead of time that it would be ready at 1:30 when I walked in the store to let them know I was picking up the order the lady behind the desk told the other girl not to make my order until all the other orders in the store we’re finished. Wasn’t finished till 1:50. Very rude poor customer service.
