We find it consistently good; not in the top bracket in the area, but absolutely fine and we have yet to ever find our evening there disappointing. The menu choices are fairly conventional for the Luberon, but perfectly adequate.Service is always pretty good, although the girls do get rather stretched in high season.Oh, and we did bring a (well behaved) puppy last visit and we were still welcomed!
We sat outside under cover; the terrasse is quite spacious and has a great atmosphere. The reception was warm, the service prompt and very friendly. There are some interesting items on the menu and the food was of good quality.
The Fleur de Sel is everything one imagines a Provencal restaurant to be. Friendly staff welcome you to the quiet terrace. The food is imaginitive, and well prepared, very representative of the region. A good selection of wine can be had, but no need to pay high prices as many of the local wines are great value. I cannot find fault with the restaurant, and having just moved to the area, I suspect I will be a regular visitor.
It is a nice place, with good quality of food. It is good but not exceptional in my view. The staff and service was average.
My wife andI had dinner here on 13 and 29 April. The setting, service and food are all first class. Its a great experience from the moment you arrive until you leave. On arrival everyone is made very welcome by the owners who take great pride in their restaurant. Nibbles and drinks follow before an "amuse bouche" and then a three course dinner. I am posting several photos of the restaurant and the food served. The presentation is first class, the quality of ingredients and flavours are simply delicious. Fleur de Sel is a "must go to venue" Booking is advised as the tables fill up with eager visitors... Go on , enjoy yourselves...
