Lemon Wolf Cafe - Beaver Bay

We were thrilled and amazed at what Chef Mike put together. Perfection. Everything from perfectly and evenly roasted bread to amazing salad with a variety of berries and amazing strawberry vinagrette dressing. After my son and I had dinner on Friday, we had to bring our two friends there the next day. I had a Walleye top salad and got a huge fillet and a huge salad. And it's with the best apple cake you ever have. I strongly recommend stopping from Lemon Wolf for a meal!

Had the Black Angus Top Sirloin Stake. Not sure how big it was, but it was at least 18 ounces. It was juicy, medium rare and tasty. With dinner menu you can also choose a salad or soup with fresh baked bread. Either Choise is great. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed, with older songs playing in the background. The servers are very friendly and attentive.

Picked food after a hike in Tettegouche. Mmmmm! Hit the place perfectly. Now I regret not being a dessert to enjoy later. Will definitely return and highly recommend others try it.

Place was nice, staff was great and food was delicious! I had trout with wild rice, woman had salmon. Both were really good. I think it was the best salmon I ever had. Come before they close you, or you won't sit. We were lucky we were there about 45 minutes before they closed. Another family came to close for 30 minutes and they were not sitting. I think they make all the food fresh and maybe some time to get everyone ready. If you're in a hurry, that's not the place for you.

Seriously FANTASTIC food! FANTASTIC service! Not only did the owner come and check on us to see if we were enjoying our food, he actually sat down and spoke with us making the experience that much more personal. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!! So worth it!
