The brisket is delicious. Great flavor and very moist. However the caramelized onions were obviously pickled and much to sweet. That was a shock and disappointment. Picked them off.

When I saw the listing for the Brisket Burrito with mac&cheese ! , I thought: this is preposterous. I have to try it. I am very glad I did, because this was one of my favorite meals of all time. The generous helping of brisket was perfect, with a deep smoke-and-salt flavor and just the right amount of fat. The mac&cheese was also great, and enhanced by the pickled onions and jalapenos. I'm not sure about the ruffles chips in there, but that wasn't enough to make me not absolutely love this thing. And despite my best efforts I could only eat half of it! I had the second half for lunch today, still just as good. A will gladly order this monstrosity again in the future.
