Subway - Beckley

The food has always been good, good locations. The biggest problem that I have with the two Subways I have patronized since moving to the Beckley area is the staff lacks customer service skills.

Devin and Kayla are amazing. The cleanliness is always next level and the food is always fresh.These two are national treasures and should be defended at all costs.

12 sweet onion terriyaki chk double chk--didnt have any chk on it at all, they put steak on it which fyi is nasty with that sauce mixture, the 6 steak and chz barely had any meat at all on it and zero chz so had a 6 rock hard bread with 3 of meat and nothing else, they were all supposed to be toasted but was NOT, not to mention the bread on all 4 of our sandwiches was stale and so hard you can break a window with it, tomatoes are white. The other 2 12 subs were missing toppings that are even on the reciept, so can your employees not read?...tried to call about our order, but no one will answer a phone there. After paying $58.81 for it, i expected it at the very least to be correct but it wasnt. If i could give zero stars to 3604 Robert C byrd drive Subway i would because this isnt the first time. But i would not recommend to anyone with the price they are now charging at the very least it should have been right and had edible bread!!

Better watch for hair in your food when eating here tonight my wife and daughter stopped and got subs here and brought it home.we started to eat and I found 4 hairs in my sub and and my daughter found 3 in hers I called the store to complain the woman said there's no way that could happen guess they were all bald.i proceeded to try and say something about it when she got very rude and hung up the phone if there's a Manger or owner that reads this something needs to be done about it and the rude people you have working there.
