Contribuisci feedbackWent to this location a couple months ago and had this experience, I about gave up so I figured I 'd write up on here and maybe they 'll care more. Me and a buddy went through your drive through around 15-20 minutes before close and I paid card for my meal, Daves double large combo. My buddy paid cash for his and got two of your crispy chicken BLT. As we got to the window to pay I handed the lady my card and cash and she closed the window. A kitchen worker came up and talked to her for over a minute and I waited for them to finish and she gave me back my friends change and my card. It seemed he was upset or something but I didn 't think much of it at the time. Got to the window and got food VERY fast But still, I didn 't think much of it. Got home around 10 minutes later, not only did I get the wrong food, a daves single, but the meat was hard as a rock. Obviously very very old. My friends two chicken blt 's were hard and cold as well. the only thing fresh was my drink. I now have a feeling the kitchen worker told her something along the lines of I 'm not making another sandwich, use that daves single thats been sitting there. or something. I called Wendy 's but it since it was about 5 minutes after close they said I could come back the next day and they would help me then. Well I decided to do the survey on the back of the receipt(I thought that 's why they 're there? Or is that a deciding factor on who to punish? and I just did it honestly and explained my experience and the food. I come back the next day and ask for a refund, as I didn 't actually realize the food was bad until I took my first bite and your food made me SICK. You all told me first, We can 't do refunds over 25$. I explained no, its not over 25$ it was two separate orders. Then you said Oh, well we can 't refund you without the food. Seriously?? I literally AGREED and said I would go back home, dig through my trash and bring back the old food. I then said I wanted to speak to the manager and the person I spoke with said they were a manager. I said I would call corporate and you all when refused a refund, you all told me to go right ahead. I called corporate in the parking lot and they said I would get a call back from district manager(Never did . Well My friends mom found out about this and she then called and spoke to the manager with me RIGHT next to her. I heard the manager lie and tell my friends mom you all never refused me a refund and in fact, encouraged me to come back and you would refund it. You also promise her a call back from District manager. Guess what? I came back right after that phone call and the manager on duty LIED and said they had no such call or talked to any such person. I forget your name, but you know who you are, the manager on duty that day, You lied straight to my face even when I heard you talking to my friends mom on the phone and you knew exactly who she was talking about. When I said I called corporate on you, you said No you didn 't, all you did was do the survey, that goes to us. I told you Of course I know the survey goes to you. I did it so management would know and hopefully address it so it doesnt happen again, but I also called corporate. Well to this day corporate won 't call me back, district manager won 't call me back. Could I maybe get an update? You have my info, get in touch with corporate to get it. I figure any report you got from corporate you just lied again and said issue was resolved. This experience was all sorta messed up with all the lies and the way you seemed really happy to treat me that way. This location fosters a very obvious toxic environment. I mean really? You did cause a pretty big scene in the lobby in front of guests. Maybe corporate can pull those videos if they want to see how I was treated? For regular people reading this, I 'm sure their food is mostly fine, I just would not advise to go when they 're about to close.

My coworkers and I ordered here today for lunch, past experiences were not so great.But today was awesome!From great customer service, to a timely manner, to everything being correct!We were all satisfied 100%.Thank you all for rocking it out today! From what I could tell the whole staff was on their A game.But Missy and Trinity were the ones who helped us and they worked so well together and did an amazing job!! Thank you gals so much! We all appreciated an amazing lunch today!

Had someone recommend this Wendy 's. I always go to another. Anyways.....I was told you couldn 't beat the food there. So I ordered a Baconator this evening. Had a coupon, buy one, get one for $1. Well, let 's just say I won 't be returning to this Wendy 's. I 'm thinking that because I used a coupon, I got second-hand burgers. Cause they were pitiful. Had kids cheeseburger meat on them, a piece and a half on bacon. Mind you, there are supposed to be 4 pieces on each burger with 2 pieces of meat that go on a single, and the condiments were everywhere. So I say to you Wendy 's, Where 's the Beef? My better half order a double. It came out right. So tell me, was cause of the coupon?
