Order online and then wait 10 minutes after the pick-up time for ordering. to go home and my 3 pieces meal was just a 2 pieces meal and only one of the pieces was right. food: 3/5

Consistent lazy (10 plus visit!) consistently false commands and when they check, they have a posture. they act when they order. the manager “Kathy” always has something to whisper to others. I'm spending $50 on everyone.

Very disappointed by my 8 pieces dinner. that was not fresh. maybe sit on the warm shelf for hours. the 8 pieces varied from normal breast and back to 1/2 wing and a non-identifiable chicken stable by the same size as the wing piece. not really 8 normal pieces. we barely fed three people. very expensive for what we have. I'll look before I go from now on to make sure I get fresh food. the personal was friendly.

Can not complain that they are always beautiful and when my order was wrong, they have repaired it and brought into my car, it is hard to provide good customer service in an almost food line, but this place makes an amazing work that I never had real problems..hope they keep it up.

The chicken was dripping with grease, the biscuit did not taste fully cooked and was a little gummy insiwe're coming inside overall not a good experience. The staff was acting as if they really didn't care to be there.
