To our indignation, she also raised her voice and spoke inappropriately to the director of such an institution. This situation spoils the reputation of the establishment, we were not even apologized. По приходу в заведение директор и администратор в одном лице в грубой форме нам объявила, что для нас стола нет, так как мы не внесли предоплату, хотя об этом ничего не сказали при бронировании. На просьбу предложить любой другой вариант, чтобы отметить корпоратив, она развела руками. На наши возмущения она также повышала голос и разговоривала не подобающе директору такого заведения. Данная ситуация портит репутацию заведения, нам даже не принесли извинения.
