Costa Holywood Exchange - Belfast

I wonder if Costa will ever get it right. A Cafe Latte is not the same as a Flat White! A Flat White is a small, non-frothy double shot of espresso with double the amount of milk to coffee. If I wanted a mostly milk-based coffee, I would have ordered a Latte or a Cappuccino.

What is it with staff in coffee shops Costa till no electric ... they seriously expected ME to stand and wait 5/10 till its back on and then another 5 min for it to boot up before serving Anyone... Everything else is working... coffee machines all working ... just staff without a brain cell between them Customer service at its best.... I think not!

I have never tasted coffee as bad as what this restaurant serves. It is always scalding hot and incredibly loud, regardless of how many customers are there. I recommend getting a coffee at a cafe in Holywood or Belmont Road in East Belfast instead. Look for a Ground cafe if you're unsure.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning before heading to IKEA. The atmosphere was pleasant, the coffee was good, and the service was excellent. It is a nice alternative to the typical fry up at IKEA.

I’ve been here a few times recently for work meetings. Regardless of the time of day it always seems to be busy but thankfully we’ve always managed to get a table. It’s pretty bright and well laid out and never takes too long to get served. It’s a handy place to go to when out shopping at holywood exchange.
