We came to the motel at 2:55. A nice older lady was in front of us and the desk writer said her check-in is not ready to 3 your rooms, she says if it's not ready now, how will it be ready in 5 minutes, then he says the rooms ready, but I can't check you up to 3. So I go back to wait in the car, she goes and gets an older lady and her bags from her car and is back at the desk at 3:01 as well as me. The employee looks at his phone and refuses to confirm the lady at this point, says the lady when you have time to be on your phone, you have time to check us and he tells them because she rudely cancels her reservation and he will the police on her what a joke. So she wants to talk to the manger he calls her, but goes back to the back where we can't hear what is said when he comes out of the lady loudly wondered if she can talk to the manager, the guy says that she still screaming total lying she never screamed was mildly rude, but this guy was a racket idiot so unnecessarily to say that the manager believed her stuff alone, the employees and the men. Then I was not checked in until about 3:20, so the office worker could be an idiot for some old ladies. Then I got up since 6:00 because the sound from the breakfast hall in my room is so loud. You are a favor yourself and stay at Holiday Inn Belgrade with a lot of friendly staff and you can really sleep.

Overall very satisfied with stay! Few cosmetic questions in the room say that the hotel is not super new, but it is obvious that they work continuously to keep it beautiful. Plenty of storage space in the room (we got a disabled room). Big breakfast, loved the hot tea options. We all went back to the Rielbasa for seconds. Very helpful, sweet breakfast companion. One of the cleanest hotels I have seen, quiet, comfortable.

Dog spots on carpet when entering the room. Bathroom could use some cleaning. Smell in the room. Breakfast lady first two morning was very friendly, kept everything in stock, and cleaned of tables. The third morning man, not like that. We thought we'd try this hotel because we're a lot in Belgrade. Don't stay here agian.

Came into our room and the entire bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Wet towels left from the past guests on the ground. Open soap bars and wrappers left in the shower. Sink dirty. Bathtub dirty. Like you can’t even pick up the past guests towels and garbage?! Terrible.
