Mcdonald's - Belgrade

Horrible service constantly. I never complain but I'm over this place. Everytime I go there I'm always told to park and wait for my food... seriously everytime. The workers are always talking to each other or on their phones instead of helping customers. You wait forever to be helped even when it's slow because people these days don't have common courtesy. You'd think waiting 10 to 15 minutes for your order it would be hot? Nope. Very bad customer service !!!

Dirty and greasy on everything. Bunch of employees standing around. Multiple order numbers left at tables and not one of the tables was clean. Our food tasted like it was made at 11am and we were there at 4pm. Do not visit this location.

Never gets our order right. Never fresh. Be prepared to be disappointed if you go here and whatever you do, don't leave without checking your bag!

Other than cooks always get my sons plain, no cheese, only burger,bacon, and bun requests wrong. They do great. Good service always make it right.

This is by far the most horrific unAmerican restaurant in the entire valley. They do not accept cash anymore. They will not take your order. There is no customer service but there is plenty of time to be on their phones. Have their friends running in and out the front door and playing slap and Tickle.
