I recently stopped in here for a per-dinner cocktail when travelling in Quebec City. This bar is great! Situated on the first floor of the famous Frontenac hotel, this bar has a chic yet warm atmosphere. We were seated right next to the fireplace and enjoyed a few cocktails. The Gold Fashioned was great! Also their popcorn is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Great place for a pre-dinner cocktail. This bar is a cozy spot overlooking the St. Lawrence river, with unique decor. The drinks are on the more expensive side (cocktails average $18), however you get what you pay for here. Lots of great flavors in their unique cocktails. They also provide complimentary snacks, chips and mixed nuts.

Best bar experience ever. Cocktails are amazing, the setting is perfect and the waitresses and bartenders have great customer service. Special shout out to Maude and Jeremie who enhanced our experience even more! We ended up moving our dinner reso another hour out so we could spend more time at 1608. Will be back again!

The bar is beautiful. David the bartender was engaging and explained the perfect work of art of mixology. The best bar in the world is the American Bar in London, England and this is in my opinion the second. Loved the atmosphere. Very chic and on trend.
