Burger King - Belleville

During the early February 2022 freeze, this fast food restaurant was the only one open at 4:00 p.m. We had to wait a bit, but our order was made fresh off the grill. The customer service was exceptional, with a friendly attitude despite the tough conditions.

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past year while working in the area, and every time I visit, I am impressed by the courteous and professional team at the drive-thru. They always get my order right. Thank you so much!

We had to wait a bit longer than usual because of understaffing, but they got everything right. All the food was served hot, and the chicken sandwich was probably the best I've had in the last 5 years. Great job, guys, keep up the good work!

They were literally the only fast food restaurant still open at 16:00 during the freezing period from early February 2022. We had to wait a while, but the order was cooked to order, fresh from the grill. Exceptional large customer service friendly demeanor under austere conditions.

I frequent this Burger King less than I do most places in the area. My go to sandwich is the Original Chicken Sandwich, as I don’t find the burgers to my liking. Seems my orders are tossed in a bag carelessly and not well wrapped. Employees are nice enough but not genuinely pleasant like other fast food I frequent often.
