This place us basically a dump! Not for a dining out experience, but the food and service was very good!
The pizza was delicious and crispy! The antipasto salad was mixed, fresh and yummy! This place is nothing to look at but the service was great and so was the food.The restroom was very clean but didn't have a lock.
I love DiCarlos!! Best PIZZA in the Ohio Valley!!!
