The Dispensary Enoteca - Bendigo

A hidden Gem, half way down Chancery lane is this hip little restaurant/Bar. We had breakfast only but wanted to go back and clear out their fridge of craft beers and local wines. The food was very nice, although there was an annoying staff member that was hiccupping but wouldn't leave the store until she stopped, she just kept hiccupping out loudly right up until we left. For great breakfast, this is a must visit

Fantastic craft beer combined with delicious modern Australian cuisine. They also give 20% off if you take away beers afterwards.

Food was delightful, especially the winter vegetables. Drinks menu was extensive and knowledge of staff was wonderful. Service was extremely prompt and competent but probably a little but abrupt for my taste. Overall a great experience and look forward to trying again when next in Bendigo.

And when in Bendigo eat at The Dispensary.Great ambience, a Margarita to die for (it was absolutely the best) and delicious tapas style food... all totally yummy!We had steak skewers - tender, spicey and moorish; Roasted Kipfler potatoes, the perfect compliment; Char grilled Sardines; and Pork buns. Everything was outstanding.We definitely plan on visiting again when we're next in Bendigo!

Dispensary is located in one of Bendigo's most appealing and funky laneways, right in the centre of the action. The ambience of the setting is very special, as is the service and friendliest owners. The range of beverages is exceptional as is their knowledge of what's on offer. They compliment this with tasty morsels and are different and flavoursome. Don't miss dropping in!
