Mcdonald's - Benton Harbor

This McDonald is ALWAYS a stop for us on the street. It is the DAILY DOUBLE!!! The best burger in my opinion. I saw it on the menu and had to grab a few. Now my family is looking for Exit 1. This last visit we left. It says starting with the kiosk. Once we came in, we were greeted with a smile. No kiosk needed. I had a pretty big job. They treated it without problems. I was a burger short. When I went to the manager, he was on his toes. He recognized me. Had the burger ready for me. Thank you to the crew at Exit 1 McDonalds on Harbor. See you next time.

My family and i we're traveling and we're looking forward to stopping at this location because they had bagel sandwiches, we ordered and they were not only slow but messed up our order, very disappointing. We have waited two years to have bagel sandwiches as locations near us don't have them so it's very frustrating.

This McDonald's is always super busy, they are located directly on the highway, so it's easy for you to eat something really fast on the way to work or school or on the way to children's play.

I ordered a shake inside on the kiosk and it took abit to get it; I understand that there were other orders around me but it seems like I was going to be last on purpose. Than I think it was a manager who talked right in my face with her mask in my face with my mask that quickly apologized for everything and seemed that she wanted me out of the lobby area so that she and fellow staff members could finish up the drive thru rush orders...

3 and a half stars. Nobody said a word to us as we walked in the store. There was a lady making an order and taking a while so we used the kiosk. Couldn't figure a short way to add two meals so had to do it the long way. Service was fast but delivered by an obviously unhappy server. Will return but do better.
