Wendy's - Benton Harbor

I've been here for years. At least twice a week. Tommie went beyond and beyond. Great attitude, cared for every customer. I told the manager at the service that she told him good work. But this young man goes out of his way to make your day a little brighter. And today's world needs more like him. So stop and see Tommie. Hopefully, the headline sees this because this young man deserves a godfather on the back.

Good meal, got the 4 for 4 it was fast, but the food had different times. Could say warm and hot due to food temperature.

Well, it could have been a bad experience, but the staff was very professional and corrected their mistake without an explanation. They went beyond and beyond. Great location for a burger to stop. Great job guys keep it up.

I had good *AND* bad experiences here, but the food is usually at point hours say open at 6 o'clock, but dining room not open until 8:00 from 10/10/22

It's hard to please people when the workers don't pay attention. After repeating my order several times it was still wrong. The gentleman before me got a wrong order too. It wasn't that busy. However it was very clean, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. They were out of several products. I was there on a Monday.
