Subway - Benwood

During my previous visit, when I ordered a sandwich, they didn’t make me a new one. Instead, they took it behind the counter to add the missing ingredients after I had already left and came back 15 minutes later. I just took it and left, as I'm generally not a difficult person. I recognize that mistakes happen, but this place has really declined. There was another time when they wouldn’t accept any coupons, while my colleagues were able to use theirs. This Subway used to be great, but now I’m worried about ordering steak; it seems like the quality has changed. Overall, it feels like if you want something good, you’ll have to settle for something less.

The meatball subs here are fantastic! I order them every time I visit!
