Be cautious of the prices at this restaurant. The food tastes old and not fresh.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a jumbo Jack. I was disappointed to see the cooked patty being taken from a container rather than grilled to order. It seems cooking a burger has become too complicated for them. In the past, it used to be different where food was freshly prepared. Nowadays, it seems like everyone just wants to sell pre-cooked food that has been sitting out.

I went to Jack in the box tonight. It took forever in the drive thru. They gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the jumbo Jack I ordered and a Dr pepper when I ordered a diet coke. Very unsatisfied.

Not too busy Saturday afternoon. Got everything in our complicated order with a smile and extra napkins.

I left a decent review for this restaurant location about a week ago, giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, my experience today was the worst I've had in a very long time. The all-female Hispanic staff seemed more interested in hanging out together than actually working. I ordered a small milkshake and regular onion rings for $11, but the food was disappointing. The onion rings were overcooked to the point where the onion inside was dry and tough. When I asked for a replacement, the worker told me that's just how they come out and they couldn't change it. The second batch was slightly better, but still barely edible. The staff even laughed and talked about me for several minutes. The bathrooms were also dirty. Sorry Jack, but you really need to clean house at this establishment.
