Jack's - Bessemer

They were very short staff, left something from my order. I called back and they had it ready when I came back. I would have got 5 stars, but my cookies were overcooked, and the chicken was kind of old, but I have the last chicken for that night.

I usually have a good experience with Jack's! I went through the drive thru this time and ordered the usual, the good old apple cake!? They were good as usual! I wanted to take a picture, but I ate it too fast!?? Please try your apple cake!?? You're so good!?

Line moves quickly what is good because all in a hurry to get their food, then go to work. Workers are fast and my order is always accurate. Love this place

The food is and the service is much better during the morning hours compared to the night shift. I don't know if it's management or what, but the quality of the service is not the same. There is nothing wrong with the attitude of young people and young adults, but not compromise in service. Keep the standards and service you have built. Thank you.

I've only been through this Jack's drive thru a handful of times. The food has been good. The biggest thing that I have taken note of is that they give me the total, I pay, they hand me my order. No Thank you, No Have a nice day, etc...If you want that go across 459 to Mcdonalds off Morgan Road where the sweetest women at their drive thru will smile, thank you, and wish you a blessed day.
