Le Bellevue - Bessines-sur-Gartempe

Once again my husband and I went here for my birthday and were not disappointed. The food is good, the staff are friendly and efficient and the ambiance is always pleasing too. We just keep going back.

This was probably our fourth or fifth visit to this excellent restaurant, which is consistently way above average. The seating, ambience, service and quality of meals is top notch and the varied menu changes frequently. The set menu was superb. Already looking forward to...our next booking!

Visited today. Didn't book a table but it wasn't an issue. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I was concerned about dinning out with covid but no worries. All tables socially distanced. All staff wearing masks. Sanitiser available. The place was spotless. The...food what can I say excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and would definatly go back again such I be in the area again.

We stayed for a night at this village on our way to south-west of France. Our hosts recommended this restaurant for a dinner and we were very happy. The food was very nice. Typical French and great tasting. It’s worth turning from highway (not far...at all) and have a meal there but.....booking is recommended if you want to sit outside during the summer.

I am inlove with this restaurant, the food is amazing and we always come back and send guests to eat here very often, as they are never dissapointed. Beautiful cooked, products are fresh and lovingly cooked by the owner, the service is to the perfection,...they are the nicest people and so professional. We will return again soon.
