Contribuisci feedbackI placed an online app order for 2 rib dinners. Received a phone call 10 mins after ordering and was told that they couldn't fulfill the order. I asked for a refund. They said they would refund. This was now almost 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't received a refund. I spoke with a manager a week ago about it, and they said that this would be resolved in 5 business days. NO MONEY! Had to start a dispute through my bank. Way to lose a customer.
I’ve rode past this place a few times I saw parking lot was full so I decided to try it I got there at 12:15 in the afternoon I wanted the ribs was told no ribs or turkey so I got the pulled pork and chicken combo this restaurant is around the corner from my hotel pulled pork was ice cold 2 small pieces of chicken a roll that cost 20 bucks do yourself a favor if you see Dickey’s barbecue pit keep driving
Food is ok, overpriced My pork was dry like it’s been sitting there for a while…. Almost 20 on a platter and doesn’t include a drink???Crazy smhMenu and price board was scribbled all over couldn’t see pricesSpent over 40 for 1 platter(small meal)And 2 sandwiches no drinksI wish for a refund
Absolutely terrible service! slowed my $14 sandwich wrong, then tried to argue with me and tell me that it should come like that. cashier must be trained to enter orders properly, which are clearly specified.
