Food was awesome, MS.NELLY’s CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!!!

Ordered Curbside at 7pm, waited 20 minutes for the food to be delivered to the car. The food had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes (I could see it in my rear view mirror) and was lukewarm at best once I got to it. The lemonade tasted watered down from the ice. This was the last straw. Have you ever tried eating fried chicken and fries once it’s been left to get cold inside a styrofoam box? Would not recommend.

I recently went here for dinner, and I must say, I was actually kinda amazed by the everything Foosacklys did tonight! The entire drive-thru experience was smooth and pleasant, really feeling like they take care of you like family. The team member taking orders outside really sold me to write this review. He made this trip simply exceptional for a fast food experience. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious as always. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, and the sauces are just next level when you're discussing fast food restaurants. (Ranch, and Kung Foo sauce is THA BEST) No competition, Foosacklys has it beat. For anyone reading this: if you're in a hurry or looking for a satisfying meal, I highly recommend coming here. It's definitely my go-to spot for tasty chicken as my quick comfort dinner.

The service is always super nice, fast, and correct. Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place. There aren't vegetarian entrees, but the salads are ALWAYS fresh and crispy. They are always happy to put the chicken and bacon on the side. The fries are always fresh.
