Your team is extremely knowledgeable and carries a really large selection of different liqueurs, wine and treats to go with them. Their website says free delivery for 34.99 purchase but when you go to do that they say no $60. Their customer service Bis terrible , they barely delivered the bottle I ordered to my brother in law and then when we checked they hung up on us twice! Terrible. If o could not give them a star I would!... oh an for the owner who responded to me.. my wife was hung up on twice , there was no card stating who it was from , no gift wrapping, minimum wage where we live is $15 and see the picture from your website ... free delivery for order of $34.99 or more and within 3 miles... my delivery was 1 and 1/10th miles away... keep up that good customer service dude and think before you fire back at the public...

Life saver! Needed a bottle next day. Couldn't find where I live currently and they overnighted it. Only issue was there attention to detail. They didn't pay attention to address changes and almost sent to the wrong address. If they can be more detail oriented,they would have gotten five stars!

I was assisted by Ben over the phone for the purchase of two new release bottles of scotch I had been looking forward to for a while. Ben was pleasant, professional, and was able to set up a delivery for me since its a little difficult for me to get the store in a timely manner for a pick up. At the time of the order the website wasn't working so he took my order over the phone and immediately texted me a picture of my receipt to show that the transaction was on the up and up and that the invoice was closed. I will definitely be shopping with BH Liquor and Wine again.
