The service is really nice and if the sandwich taste bad who can you blame ? when you are the one that told them what to put on your sandwich. You make your own sandwich right? So yeah and also for the curbside I mean the reason that they have it because of the covid stuff but now the covid is almost gone if you are not disable or still can walk how hard is it to just walk in to the store and get your own food ? I believe that the staff problaby have lot of things to do back there such as prepping the stuff to make sure you eat fresh meat and veggies that is not rotten and also dishes and lot of thing that they have to do. Like people that have a job are. It's kinda easy to understand and get over some tiny problem thing and being nice and understand and not be a people that always review and talk about only negative things ? Being nice and respect people doesn't cost money or anything incase if someone doesn't know that.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, however, they have removed the chopped salads from the menu.
I found a blue hair in my sandwich! One of the employees, Erica, who wasn't wearing a hat, brought out a salad for my sandwich and what color do you think her hair was? Blue!
I called to inquire about ordering large subs for a party on Sunday. I was informed that they no longer offer large subs, only party trays. I called the Marietta location and they were very accommodating with my request. It was disappointing that my local Subway in Beverly couldn't assist me.
