Blue Cow - Big Rapids

We took my daughter to birthday dinner and I don't even know where to start complaining. the waitress was good over the drinks, but it went down from there, if they had been busy, it would have been easier to give the place a pass on the service, but they were not. we sat with 2 or 3 other tables around us, and at the end of the night we all complained about the place. my daughter is vegetarian, so she ordered a court with tofu (after at least 30 minutes waiting to take our order. after another 15 or 20 minutes they came to tell her they were from tofu (tofu). so she had to take it and that there the taste of the plate gone. we have asked about brot several times, they do not think we have it ever. all in terrible ways to celebrate a birthday!. we will probably never go back.

If we hadn't eaten in this restaurant before it was our last time. we sat and got drunk quickly. my wife got the wrong wee, but let it go. the waitress said she'd get broth on the table. three times in the next 45 minutes she came back to say that they are waiting for the broth sorry. she said the other waitress stole her command. this was confirmed as the table next to the use after a refill of brot and got it from the waitress who told them she had stolen the order from another waitress. the French dovetail came and was different from what we had received in past. the rest of the meal was very good. when we and the other couple paid with credit card, the bills were switched with the cards and the wrong bill calculated. it did not seem to be a manager on the floor with the waitress on own faust with customers. because of the good service and good food in the past we give the blue cow another chance.

The atmosphere was absolutely relaxing, and the food was amazing.

Whenever eating at the Blue Cow our service has always been spot on. The servers are always attentive, drinks never go empty. I love how the food is always prepared fresh. If you sit at the bar you can watch the cooks prepare your meal. And they always offer a variety of delicious desserts. If you're too full, be sure to take one home with you.

One of the best dinners I have had in my life. I'm talking east coast to west coast. Don't miss this place. I could rave forever but words cannot express the dining experience we had. Beyond our expectations! A hidden gem in big rapids.
