Big Rapids location....Order chicken strips, only to find fried shrimp in my food....which I'm allergic to and will kill me if consumed. Took way to long to place an order at the counter and get food. Line at drive thru was worse. Backed up to entrance to parking lot. Onion rings were good Wheelchair accessibility: After we entered our truck to leave we couldn't back out. The line for drive thru was too long and in our way.
