Hungry Howie's Pizza - Big Rapids

The cashier helping me was super nice and understanding, and smoothly guided me through the ordering process. The Pizza party was a success thanks to this guy! Their food tastes great as expected, and we didn't have to wait super long for 3 pizzas.

This evening was the third strike for this particular franchise location. The 3 people working this evening were completely dismissive; I walked in waited about 5 minutes (I was the only person in the lobby) and could clearly see that I was being ignored. Further, the pizzas that I had ordered online were AGAIN just waiting on the oven escalator (This was the third case of the exact same situation) [cold pizza]. As another customer was walking to the door an employee said, “We’ll be with you in a sec.” To which I replied, “Thank you.” The next customer walked in and about a minute later the employee looked right past me to the customer who just walked in and asked, “Pick up?” The other customer looked at me confused, so I interjected, “Yes I’m here for a pick up.” The employee, who was clearly being obtuse, then just simply asked me, “Name?”. No apology, no contrition; once outside that same customer approached me and asked, “that was weird right?”; we both just laughed, but again a noticeable faux pas.Therefore, due to the repeated incidents of this location serving cold food, coupled with the atrocious “service”, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

Worker was polite but not friendly. I got the impression that I was a hassle. my sub came with tomato and lettuce on the side. The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes had been cupped up for awhile.

We had a card issue today I had money on it the young man who just did are order at 527 pm he was rude as heck to my husband we like the pizza but that kid was rude u all need retrain him all other staff are poliet when we go in there

Order subs last night and the lettuce was brown. Thankfully it did not come on the sub however, I do like lettuce and my sub was not the same without it. Like they didn't even care when they put it in the box. Will not order a sub from there again.
