Panera Bread - Billerica

8/28/23 Nice lunch here today.Side Caesar salad and 1/2 Napa chicken salad sandwich. My husband ordered cup of broccoli and cheddar cheese soup and 1/2 black forest ham sandwich.

I joined the sips club thinking it was a good deal to switch from Dunkins to Panera. But their drive thru service at this location is absurd. They constantly ask for my order only to ask for me to repeat it. Coffee was constantly wrong. Final straw was getting the wrong sandwich and reaching out to customer service and not even getting my sandwich reimbursed that I couldn't eat and gave away to someone in the office. I cancelled my membership and not going back to Panera it was just such an aggravating experience at this location. And getting a sandwich and coffee at Dunkins is not that much more than a breakfast sandwich at Panera because it's $7.99 just for a little sandwich. Panera is overrated and just poor customer service and this location amplified that.

The place is very clean and shiny with great Panera Bread food I really like the dining room it is very modern and spacious.

Hadn 't been to Panera in years. Went online and ordered a chicken sandwich, to pick up at the restaurant. Almost chocked when I paid $15.99 for just a sandwich, but I figured by the picture, it was a good size sandwich. This was NOT the case. The sandwich was slightly larger than a slider . I paid extra for avocado and there was literally 1 small slice of avocado. The sandwich was supposed to have parmesan crisps on it... there was 1. WOW. For $15.99 I could have got a chicken dinner at a restaurant, not an inadequate sandwich. I will never go back!

I ordered a sandwich with avocado and they forgot so I went around again and they gave me extra! Great service.
