Wendy's - Billings

Had to turn on and try the new strawberry frosty. also love the wendy’s advertising spots!

They were extremely busy, but food came as I expected. No disappointments.

The guy working the drive thru wasn’t listening at all. i told him a plain jr bacon cheeseburger and he still got my order wrong. if i could give 0 stars i would. never going back to this location. WORST SERVICE EVER

The guy taking orders tonight was very short with us and would not listen when we tried to correct our order. When we got to the first window,I asked for a receipt so we could make sure the order was correct. He said we would get it at the next window and closed his window. When we got to the next window, our order was wrong....as we new it was going to be. The gal at the pick up window was trying to fix it and the guy that took the order was still arguing. She got our order right and was trying got figure out how much more we owed, but the other guy was still arguing so she told us to just take it. After all of that, we git home and the iced tea I ordered was sweet....I ordered unsweetened. SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN!!

Well you got to hand it to him they're consistent their sandwiches are actually like you see in the commercial sometimes even better you got to try the big honey chicken breast sandwich just amazing
